Smoked Salmon, Cucumbers and Lime

Ingredients

  • 6 Ounces Nitrate-free Smoked Salmon (with No Added Sugar), cut in chunks
  • 2 Cups Sliced Baby Cucumbers
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dill
  • Pinch of White Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices and then dice.
  2. Mix Salmon, cucumber, dill and pepper.
  3. Drizzle mixture with lime juice
