Smoked Salmon, Cucumbers and Lime
- 6 Ounces Nitrate-free Smoked Salmon (with No Added Sugar), cut in chunks
- 2 Cups Sliced Baby Cucumbers
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dill
- Pinch of White Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Lime Juice
- Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices and then dice.
- Mix Salmon, cucumber, dill and pepper.
- Drizzle mixture with lime juice
