Frozen Strawberry Fat-Burning Smoothie
Phase 1 Snack

- 1 cup frozen mango (or strawberries, pineapple)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp stevia
- 2 mint leaves or 1/4 tsp dried mint leaves
- 3/4 cup water
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Enjoy!
Phase 1 Snack. Can serve with 10 rice crackers.
