Frozen Strawberry Fat-Burning Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mango (or strawberries, pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp stevia
  • 2 mint leaves or 1/4 tsp dried mint leaves
  • 3/4 cup water


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Enjoy!


Phase 1 Snack. Can serve with 10 rice crackers.
