8 Benefits of Juicing
Juicing has many health benefits that you can feel almost instantly. Try to start you day off with a glass of fresh juice consisting of vegetables and fruits and you’ll feel better the entire day!

If you ever feel like it’s difficult to eat enough veggies, making a small investment in a high-quality juicer is one of the best steps you can take for your health. You can also use a blender for most whole fruits or vegetables to keep the fiber. Add water if it becomes too thick. You’ll want to remove seeds and rinds, and some skins.
Once your juice is ready, it’s best to drink it the same day you make it, for food safety. Wash your blender or juice machine thoroughly, so it’s ready for your next batch.
Make sure you utilize a variety of fruits and vegetables, colors and types. Try not to store your juice – the sooner you drink it, the better it is.

It is recommended that we rotate food to decrease your chance of developing an allergy to a certain food. Each vegetable will offer unique benefits. With juicing, you can juice a wide variety of vegetables that you may not normally enjoy eating whole.
