No matter how many years you spend in a classroom or from what social class or lifestyle, motivation is the common factor among those who are high achievers.
Finding the tools to put meaning and purpose in your life, developing a vision, and becoming highly motivated can lead you towards a successful and exciting life.
Here are 8 POWERFUL motivational tools that can bring you success:
1. FOLLOW YOUR HEART
“Better a short life that is full of what you like doing than a long life spent in a miserable way”
2. FEARLESS YOU
“The first and best victory is to conquer self. To be conquered by self is, of all things, the most shameful and vile.”
Researchers have found that fear is one of the biggest obstacles to success. According to Napoleon Hill, there are 6 main fears, which we need to outwit to be more successful. These are fears of – – ill health – poverty – criticism – loss of love – old age – death.
Fear paralyzes you and stops you in your track. Acknowledge your fears, and learn to remove them but don’t let them manifest into your reality. Use this awesome tool to learn how eliminate your fears and manifest success in all areas of life.
3. FIND YOUR LIFE PURPOSE – PASSION
Why am I here?
A question everybody will ask at one stage in their life. Why?
I hope you find inspiration from this message and you awaken to a greater meaning in your life..
“Our journey can be a gift to the world if we follow our hearts and serve others vs making money our goal.”
4. BEING VISIONARY
People who develop a vision for their lives and futures have more control over their destinies. With no vision, your existence and destiny are controlled by what’s happening outside you.

5. SETTING GOALS
“Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction.” ~John F. Kennedy
Successful people are where they are today because of their habits. Habits determine 95% of a person’s behavior.
Everything that you are today, and everything that you will ever accomplish, is determined by the quality of the habits that you form.
By creating good habits and adopting a positive behavior, you too can become successful and live a prosperous life.
The first habit is to become goal oriented.
You need to be a habitual goal setter, and dedicate yourself to working from clear, written goals every day of your life. All highly successful people are intensely goal oriented. They know exactly what they want, they have it written down, they have written plans to accomplish it, and they both review and work on their plans every single day.

6. CHANGE YOUR THINKING, CHANGE YOUR LIFE
You must change your thinking habits if you are serious about changing your life.
The overall message is that we have limiting beliefs that things are not possible and therefore they will never be possible. You must first address your limiting beliefs so that when you do set goals you’re actions and every move that you make align with those goals. If you say you want to be rich and then you go out to the store and repeatedly look at prices of things saying “That’s too expensive”, “I’ll never afford that”, then you’ve already failed. You need to be on the same frequency of the things you want in life, meaning that you need to live as if you already have what you want. People have become successful not because of luck, not because of chance, but because in their minds they are already rich.
7. BEING FOCUSED
“The game has its ups and downs, but you can never lose focus of your individual goals and you can’t let yourself be beaten because of lack of effort” – Michael Jordan
Being more focused means being able to pay attention to your plan and control the everyday distractions that life puts in your path. When unforeseen things happen, you will be more prepared and confident to deal with them. Always be mindful of your plan and follow it. But be mindful that it might not go according to your initial plan, that doesn’t mean that you won’t find a way to resolve it. It’s for you to have a contingency in place.
You need to ask yourself powerful, focused questions to get the results you want. For example, “What am I doing today to live my dream?” Find the question that works the best for whatever you want to achieve, write it down, and put it up in several places where you’ll see it every day. The quality of your life is affected by the questions you consistently ask your- self every day.
8. MOTIVATING YOURSELF
“Motivation is fire from within. If someone else tries to light that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly.” —Stephen R. Covey
It’s tempting to give up when things get hard, but the impossible becomes possible when you fuel the fire in your belly with a strong motivating reason.
We are all bound to fail at one thing or another, but that’s not a bad at all! Failure brings with it valuable lessons that teaches us to keep trying until we get it right. Everyone who has ever become successful at anything had their fair share of prior failures.
You must remain focused on the desired end result, whether it’s the pain you will avoid or the reward you will gain as a result of achieving your goal.
Do not let fear of failure stop you from having the freedom to choose the lifestyle and destiny you desire.
True motivation is not only a learned skill; it isdeveloped due to a need or desire to make our dreams areality.
If you want to find inner motivation, you must identify your goals and set out on an unwavering path to achieve them.
