The Best of You
The more I read and listen to Dr. Wayne Dyer’s teachings, the more I want to share them with the world! In honor of Wayne Dyer, I would like to share links for some of the best books and songs from Wayne Dyer and his daughters Skye and Serena Dyer as well as other authors like Alex Woodard, and Michael J. Chase who are making the difference in our lives by making the world a better place in their own ways.
After four decades as a teacher of self-empowerment and the best-selling author of more than 40 books, Wayne W. Dyer finally wrote a memoir!
In this revealing and engaging book, Wayne shares dozens of events from his life, from the time he was a little boy in Detroit up to the grownup days. Wayne relates his vivid impressions of encountering many forks in the road, taking readers with him into these formative experiences. Yet then he views the events from his perspective, noting what lessons he ultimately learned, as well as how he made the resulting wisdom available to millions via his lifelong dedication to service.
You’ll be inspired to look back at your own life to see how everything you have experienced has led you to where you are right now.
Wayne discovered that there are no accidents. Although we may not be aware of who or what is“moving the checkers,” life has a purpose, and each step of our journey has something to teach us. As he said, “I wasn’t aware of all of the future implications that these early experiences were to offer me. Now, from a position of being able to see much more clearly, I know that every single encounter, every challenge, and every situation are all spectacular threads in the tapestry that represents and defines my life, and I am deeply grateful for all of it.”
I Can See Clearly Now holds the key for seekers on a personal path of enlightenment. Wayne offers up his own life as an example of how we can all recognize the hand of the Divine steering our individual courses, helping us accomplish the mission we came here to fulfill.

There’s a voice in the universe calling each of us to remember our purpose – our reason for being here now, in this world if impermanence. The voice whispers, shouts, and sings to us that this experience of being in form, in space and time, knowing life and death, has meaning. The voice is that of inspiration, which is within each and every one of us.
Skye Dyer presents this musical inspiration for her father’s (Dr. Wayne W. Dyer) new book Inspiration: Your Ultimate Calling.

Serena Dyer wrote this wonderful book Don’t Die With Your Music Still In You. She wrote a beautiful letter to her Dad expressing what he meant to her and her last words were: “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you”… Watch the video below where her letter is read to an audience and the song called This Gift is played. The song was written by Alex Woodard and is sung by Serena’s sister, Skye Dyer.

In 2001, Dr. Wayne Dyer wrote a book called 10 Secrets for Success and Inner Peace, based on the most important principles he wanted his children to live by. Serena Dyer has contemplated these ideas throughout her life. “Don’t die with your music still in you” has been the most important principle for Serena: to her, it means that you don’t allow yourself to live any life other than the one you were born to live.
In this book, Serena sets out to explain what it was like to grow up with spiritual parents. She touches upon all ten of her dad’s original secrets, imparting her own experiences with them and detailing how they have affected the way she approaches various situations in life. She shares stories, struggles, and triumphs—and Wayne, in turn, contributes his own perspective. This unique father-daughter collaboration will warm the hearts of all parents… and inspire anyone who is looking to find the “music” inside themselves.

Alex Woodard had received several letters that inspired him to write For the Sender: Love Is (Not A Feeling). One of the letters described love more as an action and less as a feeling. This letter coupled with the letter from Dr. Dyer’s daughter, Serena, set the foundation for Alex’s spring 2014 release For The Sender: Love Is (Not A Feeling). Through these letters (and three other inspiring examples), and songs from platinum-selling artists written about them, Alex weaves his own story of discovery as he sifts through the competing messages we receive daily about the most powerful of human experiences: love. He challenges us to re-examine what really matters: what we actually do, for ourselves and each other. The end result is a deeply empowering reading and listening experience.

Michael J. Chase wrote the book The Radical Practice of Loving Everyone: A four-legged approach to enlightenment.
Michael writes and speaks with humor about how to live a life of kindness and love.
Is “loving everyone” really possible, as the title of Michael J. Chase’s new book suggests? The answer may surprise you, as he chronicles his journey toward enlightenment, gaining insight from a very unlikely source—a four-legged guru named Mollie, who happens to be the most lovable yet mischievous dog in the world. In his attempt to understand her ability to unconditionally love all, Chase begins to see the world through his best friend’s eyes, especially during their morning walks. Mollie’s hilarious antics and maddening behavior ultimately lead to profound insights learned at the other end of the leash. Written with heart and sidesplitting humor, this one-of-a-kind true story of friendship and a divine albeit outrageous dog delivers on its promise to reveal a pathway toward enlightenment . . . and brings each of us one step closer to loving everyone.
I hope you’ll take the time to listen to one or more of these inspiring Videos and Songs and forward this message to your family and friends so they can listen to them as well.
